An unlisted timber frame barn dating circa 1600 arranged in three bays and of mostly oak construction with clay tile roof.
The barn was relocated to its current location on the outskirts of Harefield in Middlesex in the 1980's. It is ready to be dismantled and removed by the buyer, subject to necessary conservation area consent.
The total internal storage is c. 138 m2 (1492 ft2). The building was fire damaged and has not been repaired. The materials for the repairs will be provided to the purchaser.
The sale is for the barn timber and roofing materials only and does NOT include the site. Access for dismantling and removal will be by agreement with the adjacent tenant farmer. The dismantling and removal of the barn is the full / sole responsibility of the buyer who will have 180 days to clear from the date of purchase, subject to planning permission.
