The barn has interior dimensions of some 25 feet by 55 feet, plus the extended bay that enclose the original cart doorway.

The village Happisburgh (pronounced Haysbra ) is in a splendid rural location in open farmland, rising to a high point overlooking the sea. The village has a magnificent historic church with an unusually tall tower, which once served as a beacon.
Happisburgh is fortunate in being ten minutes or so from two ancient market towns, Stalham and North Walsham. Both have good parking, an attractive main street and a good range of shops. Stalham has a new Tesco, whilst North Walsham has a newly updated Sainsbury's.
Some of Norfolk finest beaches and open country are within a few minutes drive. The area abounds in delightful villages, country homes, woods and wildlife. Norwich is about 30 minutes way, as are Yarmouth and Cromer.
